Frequently Asked Questions
Download the app, on the login screen, tap Forgot Password. Follow the email instructions to create a new password.
Open the app, go to Caregivers, tap Invite Caregiver, and enter their email address.
You can manage your subscription inside the app under Profile > Subscription.
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see the email, contact support.
Log in to your account and go to Profile > Delete Account. From there, you can request account deletion and manage any active subscriptions directly from your dashboard (click here to learn how).
