Account Deletion

At BabySense, you have full control over your data. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data associated with your account will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Recommended Option 1 — Delete from the app
1 Open the BabySense app
2 Go to Profile / Settings
3 Select Delete Account
4 Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion via email

What Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your BabySense account profile (name, email, login data)
Baby profiles and related records (sleep, feeding, notes, tracking data)
Caregiver connections and shared access
App usage history linked to your account
Stored preferences and settings

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period or where required by law:

Transaction records (for tax and financial compliance)
Fraud prevention and security logs (limited retention)
Anonymous or aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7–30 days. You will receive confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Important Notes

! Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
! You will lose access to all BabySense data associated with the account
! If you have an active subscription, cancel it via the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion
