When you use BabySense, you may provide:
- Name or nickname
- Email address
- Password (securely hashed and encrypted)
- Account and subscription information
- Caregiver invitation details (email addresses)
- App preferences and settings
- Optional routine information (such as feeding schedules or daily care routines)
- Messages sent to customer support
- Optional baby milestone or profile photos (uploaded via the device's photo picker)
We do not require or request any medical, diagnostic, or clinical information.
Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect:
- Device model, operating system, and device identifiers
- App version and settings
- IP address and general region (country/region level)
- Language and region settings
- App usage and interaction data
- Session logs
- Crash reports and performance data
Audio and Sound Processing
BabySense may access the device microphone only when manually enabled by the user to support optional sound-based features.
- Microphone access is activated only when the user turns on the feature within the app
- The app does not continuously listen or record in the background
- Audio is processed temporarily and only during active use of the feature
- We do not store raw audio recordings unless the user explicitly chooses to save them
- Audio is used only to support app functionality
- Audio is not used to determine or interpret medical, emotional, psychological, or developmental conditions
- Audio data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
