• Notify us of unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

You may invite caregivers or other authorized users to your account. You are responsible for:

• Choosing who receives access
• Managing permissions
• Removing access when needed
• Activity of invited users where allowed by law

Some Services require payment. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Fees may be billed monthly, yearly, or as shown at purchase
• Renewals may occur automatically unless canceled before renewal
• Pricing may change with notice where required
• Taxes may apply depending on region

Subscriptions can typically be managed through:

• Your BabySense dashboard
• Apple App Store subscriptions
• Google Play subscriptions
• Other approved billing providers

Unless required by law or platform rules:

• Fees are generally non-refundable
• Partial billing periods may not be refunded
• App store purchases may follow Apple or Google refund policies

You agree not to:

• Use BabySense unlawfully
• Interfere with platform security
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the Services
• Abuse support systems
• Misrepresent identity or permissions

BabySense provides informational and convenience tools only.

BabySense does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from licensed healthcare professionals for medical concerns or emergencies.

Do not rely solely on BabySense for urgent health decisions.

All BabySense software, branding, logos, content, design, and technology are owned by BabySense or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal lawful use.

You retain ownership of information you submit (such as baby profiles or notes), but you grant BabySense the rights necessary to host, process, and display such content for operating the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.

We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Network outages
• Third-party provider issues
• Force majeure events

You may stop using BabySense or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Create security risk
• Fail to pay applicable fees

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

BabySense and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the prior 12 months.

You agree to defend and indemnify BabySense against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction selected by BabySense, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
